Who are leading the way in composting initiatives globally?

"Composting is when we take food and garden waste and turn it into really good soil for our plants. Lots of people around the world are doing it to help the environment and reduce waste! Some places are really good at it, and they're called leaders. These leaders are doing a great job of showing the world how to compost better than ever before.

One of the biggest leaders in composting is Europe. They have been doing it for a really long time, and they have really good systems in place. Some countries in Europe, like Germany and Austria, have really high rates of composting. That means that lots of people there are composting and it's working really well!

Another leader in composting is the United States. Even though they started a bit later than Europe, they have been catching up fast. Some cities in the US, like San Francisco and Seattle, have composting programs that are really good. They're showing the rest of the country how to compost, and more and more people are starting to do it.

Canada is also a great leader in composting. Some cities, like Vancouver and Toronto, have really good composting programs too. They're making great compost that's really helping the earth and the plants.

Finally, there are lots of other countries that are starting to get into composting too. China, Australia, and Mexico are just a few. There are even some countries in Africa that are starting to get into composting to help their farms and gardens grow better.

So, there are lots of leaders in composting around the world! They're showing us all how to do it better and helping us reduce waste and take care of the earth. Let's follow their lead and start composting too!"
