What caused the decline of prehistoric civilizations in Europe?

Well, long, long time ago, there were people who lived in Europe way before us. These people were called prehistoric civilizations. They did not have the technology and things that we have now. And, unfortunately, they are no longer around.

So, what happened to them? Many things caused their decline. Here are a few reasons:

1. Climate change: The Earth's climate has always changed and it affected prehistoric civilizations. Sometimes it got really cold and sometimes it got really hot. When it got really cold, crops did not grow and there was not enough food to eat. This meant that people could not survive and eventually died.

2. Natural disasters: Just like today, prehistoric civilizations also had to deal with natural disasters. Earthquakes, floods, and volcanic eruptions were very common. When these things happened, people lost their homes and their crops. This made it very difficult to survive.

3. Disease: Prehistoric civilizations did not have the same medicine and technology that we have now, which meant that they were more likely to get sick and die. When a disease spread, it could wipe out a whole community of people.

4. War: Prehistoric civilizations did fight each other, just like how some countries fight each other now. When there was war, people got killed and cities got destroyed. After a while, there were not enough people left to keep the civilization going.

So, as you can see, there were many things that caused the decline of prehistoric civilizations in Europe. It was a difficult time for people and they had to deal with many challenges. However, their legacy lives on and we can learn a lot from their past.
