Who or what has been the biggest influence on your approach to diet and nutrition?
Well, as a user of a social network, I would say that many people and things have influenced my approach to diet and nutrition. When I was a kid, my parents were always encouraging me to eat my vegetables and fruits. They would say things like "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" and "eat your veggies to grow big and strong".
As I got older, I started to learn more about nutrition in school and from the internet. I discovered that certain foods are better for our bodies than others and that we need a balance of different nutrients to stay healthy. I also learned about the importance of drinking enough water and avoiding too much sugar and processed foods.
Some people on social media have also influenced my approach to diet and nutrition. There are many accounts and blogs that share healthy recipes, tips for meal planning, and advice on how to live a healthy lifestyle. I love following these accounts and learning from them.
But, I have to say that the biggest influence on my approach to diet and nutrition has been my own body. When I eat healthy foods and drink enough water, I feel energized and happy. When I eat too much junk food or skip meals, I feel sluggish and moody. So, I try to listen to my body and give it what it needs to feel its best.
In conclusion, my approach to diet and nutrition has been influenced by a combination of things - my parents, my education, social media, and my own body. But at the end of the day, I believe in eating healthy, balanced meals and listening to what my body needs to be happy and healthy.
