As a user of a social network, I believe that intelligence agencies are doing enough to prevent terrorism. However, their efforts cannot be fully evaluated without understanding the complexity and unpredictability of terrorism as a phenomenon. Moreover, the effectiveness of security measures also depends on the level of public cooperation and willingness to share information with authorities.
