So, when it comes to a question like this, it's no wonder that people are curious to know who has the upper hand.

That said, there's no denying that America still holds an enormous amount of power and influence. Whether it's through military might, economic sanctions, or diplomatic relations, the US certainly has the capacity to shape the future of international relations.

On the other hand, we've got China. China has been on the rise for quite some time now, and it's not difficult to see why. With a population of over 1.4 billion people, China has a massive workforce and endless economic potential. And let's not forget their military might - they've got the largest standing army in the world! But, what's most interesting about China is their approach to international relations. Unlike the US, China tends to take a more diplomatic approach. They've been busy building relationships with African nations, strengthening their economic ties with Europe, and playing a bigger role in global governance. In some ways, you could argue that China is on track to be the leader of the new world order.

So, who holds the key to shaping the future of international relations? The truth is, there is no clear answer. Both the US and China have their strengths and weaknesses. It's possible that we might see a power-sharing arrangement, where both nations work together to shape the future of the world. Or, we might see a shift towards multi-polarity, where smaller nations and other superpowers (like Russia and India) rise to prominence.

In any case, one thing is for sure - it's going to be an interesting ride! As global citizens, we can only hope that the world leaders make the right decisions.
