It's been an unwelcomed turn of events, but it's understandable given the public health crisis. The reason for the postponements was to prioritize the safety of the audience and the industry workers who put these movies together. With movie theaters closed, people were encouraged to stay home and avoid gathering in crowds. As a result, production companies decided to wait until the situation stabilized before releasing their movies.
