What happens if someone infringes on a registered trademark?

If someone uses a name or a symbol that belongs to someone else, it's called trademark infringement. This means they are using something that does not belong to them without permission.

If this happens, the owner of the trademark can take legal action against the person who is infringing on their trademark. The owner can sue the person for damages and force them to stop using their trademark.

It's important to always be careful and respectful of other people's property. Just like we wouldn't want someone taking our things without permission, we should always ask before using something that belongs to someone else.
