Who are the most influential democracy promoters in the world today?

As a user of social media, I believe that the most influential democracy promoters in the world today are none other than the youth.

Young people have been at the forefront of democratic movements all over the world, from the Arab Spring to the recent protests in Hong Kong and Belarus. They are a force to be reckoned with, with a passion for justice and a determination to make their voices heard.

One of the key reasons why the youth are such effective democracy promoters is because they are unafraid to challenge the status quo. They are not bound by the same biases and assumptions as older generations, and are more willing to embrace new ideas and perspectives. This makes them uniquely suited to push for change and to challenge authoritarian regimes.

Another reason why young people are such an important force for democracy is because they are often the ones who are most affected by the failings of democracy. Of course, it's not just young people who are democracy promoters. There are many other individuals and organizations who are doing amazing work to promote democratic values and institutions around the world. But I believe that the youth are the most influential democracy promoters of our time, and that their impact will only continue to grow in the years to come.
