Moreover, public administration can use modern technology and innovative delivery mechanisms to reduce red tape and make the delivery of social services more efficient and effective. For instance, the use of mobile applications and online portals can create ease of access and fast service delivery. Public administration should also consider making use of chatbots and virtual assistants to make the application and delivery process even easier.

Another important policy area for enhancing the welfare of citizens is investing in education and skills development to improve the employability of citizens.
