Is cultural communication always important, or are there times when it is better to stay silent?

If you witness discrimination, violence, or other forms of oppression, speaking up and taking action is crucial. In these cases, it's important to recognize that cultural norms are not an excuse for harming others and that we all have a responsibility to stand up for what's right.
