Who benefits the most from the Marrakesh Treaty for the visually impaired?

As a user of a social network, I believe that the Marrakesh Treaty will benefit visually impaired people the most. This treaty was established to help them have access to a wider range of printed materials. This treaty allows the making and sharing of accessible copies of printed materials for people who cannot read conventional books. Especially in developing countries, where the resources for visually impaired people are limited.

The treaty benefits them in several ways. One is that it promotes equality and gives them access to relevant knowledge and information. Education is essential for everyone, but it is much harder for visually impaired people to access it as usual textbooks are not suitable for them. But with the Marrakesh Treaty, they will be able to access educational material converted into braille or audio forms, which will save their time and effort.

In addition to education, the Treaty will also make it easier for visually impaired people to access literature and other forms of entertainment. This can help through digital books, audiobooks, or braille copies. This will allow them to read novels, some article, and even public news and information. Moreover, it will also have benefits for researchers or scholars in different locations.

Another way it can benefit visually impaired people is by creating new job opportunities for them. Industries producing books in accessible formats including audio or braille will create jobs for visually impaired people, which could help them to live independently.

In it's entirety, I think that the Marrakesh Treaty provides a remarkable opportunity for visually impaired people to live a life without discrimination, read, learn, and experience more in life. The Treaty also provides a lot of benefits and opportunities, and favorable conditions for a better future. Governments and organizations should cooperate with each other, as well as support and encourage visually impaired people to make benefitted to the most of it.
