Will the South China Sea dispute be resolved through the Code of Conduct Treaty?

Well, it's hard to say whether the South China Sea dispute will be resolved through the Code of Conduct Treaty or not. On one hand, this treaty could potentially provide a framework for peaceful negotiations and a resolution to the ongoing tensions in the region.
