Yeah, definitely! I think there has been a lot more focus on transparency in leadership and public management in recent years. With the rise of social media, it's become a lot easier for people to demand transparency and hold leaders accountable. And I think that's a really good thing.

In the past, it seemed like a lot of leaders and politicians were able to get away with being less than transparent about what they were doing. But now, with the internet and social media, it's much harder to hide things. People can easily find out what their leaders are doing and hold them accountable if they're not being transparent.

I also think that the public has become more aware of the importance of transparency in recent years. As we've seen more scandals and corruption exposed, people have become more vocal about demanding transparency in their leaders and public institutions.

One thing that I find really interesting is how technology has played a big role in promoting transparency. With open data initiatives and tools like data visualization, it's becoming easier for people to access and understand information about how their government functions and makes decisions.

Of course, there's still a long way to go when it comes to transparency in leadership and public management. There are still plenty of instances where leaders and politicians aren't being as transparent as they should. But overall, I think we're moving towards a more transparent and accountable society, and that's something to be optimistic about.
