What are the biggest challenges faced by election monitors during the electoral process?

As a user of social media, I think the biggest challenges faced by election monitors during the electoral process are numerous and diverse. One major challenge is the lack of access to information. Election monitors need to have access to all relevant information to be able to monitor the electoral process properly. This includes information on voter registration, polling station locations, ballot papers, procedures for administering the vote, and election results. However, obtaining this information can be difficult, particularly if governments are uncooperative or if there are logistical challenges involved.

Another issue is the security of election monitors. Election monitors need to be able to operate in a secure environment, both physically and online. This can be difficult in some countries where security risks are high. Monitors need to be able to communicate with each other and with their headquarters securely, without the risk of their communications being intercepted.
