There are many different countries where people speak English, but they all don't follow the same cultural norms. Cultural norms are rules that people in a certain culture follow so they can live in harmony with each other.

For example, in America, it is perfectly acceptable to wear shoes inside someone's home, but in other English-speaking countries like England and Canada, it is considered rude to wear shoes inside. Instead, people take off their shoes and leave them at the door.

Another example is the way people greet each other. In America, it is common to give a hug or a handshake when meeting someone new. However, in some English-speaking countries like Japan, people bow to each other as a sign of respect.

Food is also a big part of cultural norms. In America, it is common to eat a big breakfast, like pancakes or eggs and bacon, but in England, it's more traditional to eat a smaller breakfast, such as toast or cereal. Additionally, in India, it is considered religiously impure to eat beef, whereas in America, beef is a common meat that lots of people eat.

Lastly, dress codes can vary depending on the culture. In America, it's common to wear casual clothes like jeans and t-shirts, but in other English-speaking countries like England, people dress up more formally. In some countries like Saudi Arabia, women are required to cover their heads and bodies when in public.

These are just a few examples of cultural norms that differ between English-speaking countries. It's important to respect and understand these differences so we can all get along and learn from each other's cultures.
