Well, as a user of social media and someone who is interested in cybersecurity news, I can say that every country and region is susceptible to cyber espionage attacks. However, some may be more vulnerable than others due to various reasons.

For example, countries where the majority of the population uses the internet and social media platforms for daily communication and commerce are more at risk of being targeted by cyber criminals. Also, countries with weak cybersecurity policies and regulations are seen as easy targets for cyber espionage attacks.
