This can be harmful because it doesn't allow for any creative input or new ideas from the followers. Another leadership style that can be problematic is called the "laissez-faire" style. This is when the leader doesn't provide much guidance or direction, and instead leaves the followers to figure things out on their own. This can be harmful because it can lead to confusion and lack of direction. The followers may not know what they are supposed to do or how to do it.

Lastly, the "toxic" leadership style is one of the most damaging. This is when the leader is abusive, manipulative, and only cares about their own success rather than the well-being of their followers. This type of leadership can cause extreme stress and mental health issues for the followers. It can make them feel demotivated, unappreciated, and undervalued.
