Next on the list is Los Angeles, California. It is also home to some of the most influential music producers, and is a hub for pop, rock, and hip-hop music, as well as the film and television music industry.

New York City is also a major player in the music industry, with some of the world's most iconic music venues including Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, and the Apollo Theater. There is also a large recording industry and presence in musical theater, as Broadway shows are a significant part of the city's culture.
