The best time to attend a street fair in Europe really depends on where you are planning to go. Some cities have outdoor events that happen only during the warmer months while others have yearly events that happen rain or shine.

If you are traveling to Paris, France you may want to visit during the months of May or June. This is when the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) takes place. Musicians and performers take to the streets to offer free concerts and listen to music.

If visiting Bristol, England then you should make sure to head there in August for the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta where hot air balloons from around the world come together for a massive festival. It's a breathtaking sight that will make memories that will last a lifetime.

If you happen to be in Spain during July then be sure to visit a city that is celebrating San Fermin. This is where the infamous Running of the Bulls takes place in Pamplona. Of course, this is only for those who are brave enough to participate.

Finally, if you are interested in food then you should definitely drop by the Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. This event, happening in September and October, is a celebration of beer and amazing food. It's a great place to meet new people, try local cuisine, and just enjoy the festivities.
