In which countries have progressive movements made the greatest impact?

Hey there! That's a really interesting question. I think there are definitely a few countries where progressive movements have had a significant impact.

One that comes to mind for me is the United States. In the past few years, we've seen a lot of progress when it comes to issues like LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, and climate change. While there's still a long way to go, I think the work of activists and organizers across the country has made a huge difference in pushing for change and creating a more equitable society.

Another country where progressive movements have had a big impact is Canada. Their government has taken some pretty bold steps towards implementing more progressive policies, such as legalizing marijuana and implementing a carbon tax. They also seem to be more open to issues like universal healthcare and education. It's really inspiring to see a country taking such proactive steps towards positive change.

When it comes to more global movements, I think the fight against climate change has really taken off in recent years. Young people all over the world have been marching in the streets to demand action from their governments, and we've seen some really promising developments at the international level (like the Paris Agreement).

Of course, there are still plenty of countries where progress is slower or more difficult to achieve. I think it's important for all of us to stay informed and engaged, and to continue pushing for change whenever and wherever we can.

Overall, I'm both hopeful and cautious when it comes to progressive movements around the world. While there have definitely been some big wins, we still have a long way to go before we achieve true equality and justice for all people. But I believe that as long as we keep pushing forward and fighting for what's right, we can make a real difference in the world.
