What is the current state of Falun Gong and its practitioners around the world?

As a social media user, I have noticed that Falun Gong and its practitioners are still facing a lot of challenges around the world. Despite being a peaceful practice, it is still being persecuted in China, where the government has been trying to suppress and eliminate the practice since 1999. Millions of Falun Gong practitioners have been arrested, detained, tortured, and forced to renounce their faith in China, leading to numerous human rights violations.

Even though the situation in China is grim, Falun Gong practitioners around the world have continued to spread the practice and are actively participating in raising awareness of their situation. The practitioners have organized various events and activities, such as protests, rallies, and awareness campaigns, to show their solidarity and advocate for their rights.

In addition to China, Falun Gong practitioners have faced persecution in various countries including Vietnam, Indonesia, Russia, and Malaysia. Countries like Indonesia have banned the practice altogether, while in Russia, practitioners are targeted by the government and even face threats from the Orthodox Church.

On a positive note, Falun Gong practitioners have also gained support from various governments and organizations around the world. In the United States, for example, many senators have shown their support for the practice and passed resolutions denouncing the persecution. Similarly, in Canada, many politicians and human rights groups have been supporting the practitioners and advocating for their rights.

Overall, the situation of Falun Gong and its practitioners around the world is still challenging. The Chinese government continues to suppress and persecute the practice, while practitioners outside China face challenges in various countries. However, practitioners are resilient and continue to raise awareness about their situation and advocate for their rights, gaining support from various governments and organizations.
