Yes, you heard right, ladies - that's more than one-third less than our male counterparts!

In Beijing, the gender pay gap stands at 22.4%, while in Jakarta, women earn 19.3% less than men. These statistics are not something we should be proud of, ladies. It's time for change!

Let's add some perspective to this situation, shall we? In Seoul, a female CEO makes, on average, just 56% of what a male CEO earns. And in Beijing, a woman's income makes up only 74% of what a man earns. These figures shouldn't just be numbers to us – they should be a call to action.
