How does this year's award show compare to previous years in terms of attendance and viewership?
This year's award show had a lot of people watching and going to see it. It was really exciting! But when we compare it to other years, we can see that there were more or less people. Sometimes the show is really popular and lots of people watch it, and other times it's not as popular and not as many people watch.
The award show is like a big party where famous people, like actors and musicians, win awards for their work. It's kind of like when kids win trophies or medals for sports or school activities.
Attendance means how many people went to the show. Viewership means how many people watched it on TV or online. This year, lots of people went to the show and lots of people watched it at home too.
But some years, not as many people go or watch. That's just how it is sometimes. Maybe people weren't as interested in the show that year or maybe they had something else to do.
It's still really cool to see all the celebrities and hear about the great things they did to win the awards. And even if not as many people attend or view the award show, it's still important to recognize all the hard work and talent that goes into the winning performances.
