Eventually, this will lead to the displacement of millions of people who live in coastal areas.

The cycle involves the conversion of water from the surface of the Earth into water vapor, which is then released into the atmosphere, and eventually falls back to the ground as precipitation. The cycle plays a crucial role in the formation of geological features such as rivers, lakes, and wetlands.
