I don't think that the Olympics are losing their relevance and appeal in modern times. In fact, I believe that they are more popular than ever before, especially with the rise of social media and the internet.

The sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship is something that can't be replicated in any other event. Plus, watching these incredible athletes compete at the highest level is always awe-inspiring.

Of course, there have been some challenges in recent years, such as concerns over doping and corruption. But these issues are not unique to the Olympics and are unfortunately present in many areas of professional sports.

One thing that I do think is changing is the way that people consume Olympic coverage. With the rise of streaming services and social media, many viewers are choosing to watch events online instead of on traditional broadcast channels. This can lead to some challenges with time zones and access, but overall it allows for more flexibility and customization in how people consume Olympic content.

Overall, I think that the Olympics are still incredibly relevant and appealing in modern times.
