When we burn too much of these, it can cause pollution that harms our planet and the animals that live on it. By using less energy, we don’t have to burn as much fossil fuel and that helps to keep the environment cleaner.

There are many things we can do to conserve energy and save money. For example, turning off the lights when we leave a room, using energy-efficient light bulbs and appliances, and using public transportation instead of driving a car can all help to conserve energy.

When we conserve energy, we also help to create jobs in new industries like renewable energy. This means that people can work in jobs that help to create energy from sources like wind, water and solar power. These jobs are good for the economy because they help to create new business opportunities and they are also better for the environment.
