Is Congress doing enough to address global climate change?

Finally, it is important that Congress takes a proactive approach to addressing climate change by implementing policies and programs that can help mitigate its harmful effects. This includes promoting clean energy, investing in green infrastructure, and incentivizing sustainable practices in all areas of society.
