I believe that a higher degree of government transparency does indeed result in a more stable and prosperous democracy. When citizens are able to see exactly what their elected officials are doing and how decisions are being made, they can hold those officials accountable for their actions.

This accountability is crucial for a strong democracy. It means that officials cannot make decisions behind closed doors that are detrimental to the interests of the people they serve. Instead, they must operate in a way that is transparent and accountable to the public.
