As a user of some of these platforms, I have witnessed schools taking several steps to ensure data privacy.

Firstly, schools are investing in robust and secure technological infrastructure to reduce the risk of data breaches. They're enlisting the services of reputed cybersecurity companies to carry out regular audits and assessments of their systems. These assessments enable schools to detect vulnerabilities and patch them before any malicious party can exploit them.

Secondly, schools are educating their students and staff on the importance of data privacy. By making them aware of the risks and consequences of data breaches, they can ensure that everyone takes reasonable precautions when handling sensitive data. This education is delivered through regular seminars, workshops, and training sessions and reinforces the message that data privacy is everyone's responsibility.
