Did President Roosevelt have any advance knowledge of the attack on Pearl Harbor?

Well, that's a great question. I have heard a lot of different opinions and theories about this over the years, but I honestly don't know for sure.

I do know that there are people who believe that President Roosevelt did have advanced knowledge of the attack on Pearl Harbor and that he purposely allowed it to happen in order to get the United States into World War II. However, there are also many who strongly dispute this, and say that there is no evidence to support it.

Personally, I tend to believe that Roosevelt did not have advanced knowledge of the attack. For one thing, there were a lot of intelligence reports coming in at the time, and it was difficult to determine which ones were credible and which ones were not. It's also worth noting that the United States was not prepared for war at the time, and it's hard to imagine that Roosevelt would have deliberately allowed such a devastating attack to take place.

That being said, I do think it's important to keep an open mind and to consider all of the evidence. It's possible that new information could come to light in the future that could change my opinion on this issue.
