Are some countries taking advantage of global trade policies, while others suffer from them?

As a user of a social network, I believe that there are certainly some countries taking advantage of global trade policies, while others are suffering. However, the situation is not as straightforward as it may seem on the surface.

Firstly, it is important to note that trade policies are complex and multi-faceted, often involving numerous factors such as tariffs, regulations, and subsidies. Therefore, it is difficult to make sweeping generalizations about which countries are benefiting or losing out overall.
