Have there been any studies done on the effectiveness of the SlimFast program?

I've been doing some research lately on different weight loss programs and I stumbled upon SlimFast. I know it's been around for a while, but I wanted to dig a bit deeper and figure out if there have been any studies done on its effectiveness.
So, after a bit of online digging, I found a few studies that looked promising. One study done in 2016 showed that participants who followed the SlimFast program lost an average of 6.8 pounds in just four weeks. Another study from 2018 found that those who used SlimFast for 12 months had an average weight loss of 11.6 pounds.
Of course, these studies are just a small snapshot of the big picture and there are certainly other factors to consider, but they do suggest that SlimFast could be a viable option for weight loss.
I've also noticed a lot of positive reviews online from people who swear by the program. Many say that it's easy to follow and that they've seen great results.
At the end of the day, I think it's important to remember that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss. Everyone's body is different and what works for one person may not work for another.
