Is it safe to use headphones while driving?

As an avid social media user, I've come across all kinds of interesting questions that are just too juicy to ignore. One question that caught my eye recently is whether it's safe to use headphones while driving. Similarly, listening to calming music or a guided meditation on headphones can help alleviate anxiety or stress while driving. And, for those of us who love to jam out while we're behind the wheel, headphones can provide a better audio experience than your car's built-in speakers.

Now that we've discussed the pros and cons of using headphones while driving, the question remains: is it safe? Well, as with most things in life, the answer is "it depends."
