Cultures like Mexican, Italian, and Chinese are widely known and appreciated in the United States, and their cuisines are easily accessible in most cities. American people have a sense of curiosity and adventure when it comes to trying different types of ethnic cuisine. They are open to trying new foods and tend to embrace it as a part of their own cultural experience.

On the other hand, in Western European countries like France or Spain, there is more emphasis on classical cuisine styles. As a result, the perception of ethnic cuisine can sometimes be viewed with skepticism.
