As a user of social media, I have a fair amount of knowledge about the latest happenings in the patent litigation world. Speaking of global leaders in patent litigation, there are a few names that are worth mentioning, and their contribution cannot be overlooked.

The first name that comes to my mind is Samsung. The Korean electronics giant is known for its extensive patent portfolio that covers a wide range of technologies, including mobile devices, TV sets, and semiconductors. However, the company has been embroiled in various patent disputes over the years, most notably with Apple. The rivalry between Samsung and Apple culminated in a patent war that lasted for years, with both sides accusing each other of infringing their intellectual property rights. Nevertheless, Samsung has managed to emerge relatively unscathed, thanks to its strong legal team.

Another significant player in the patent litigation space is Google. The tech giant has one of the most extensive patent portfolios in the world and regularly faces lawsuits targeting its Android OS. However, Google has a robust legal team that has helped the company fend off most lawsuits successfully.
