Are extreme sports only for adrenaline junkies or can anyone participate and enjoy them?
Extreme sports have long been associated with adrenaline junkies who are constantly chasing the next thrill. However, I strongly believe that anyone can participate and enjoy them, regardless of their level of experience or desire for adrenaline.
