However, after doing some research and reading, I can say that ontology and metaphysics are two fundamental concepts in the philosophy of religion which help to shape our understanding of God and the divine.

On the other hand, metaphysics deals with the study of what is beyond the world of physical objects and space-time. It deals with topics such as time, space, causality, and freedom. In the philosophy of religion, metaphysics is concerned with questions such as whether God is all-powerful and all-knowing, whether he intervenes in the world or not, and whether he created the world.

Both ontology and metaphysics have a significant influence on our understanding of God and the divine.
