How has technology influenced the way we book hotels for business travel?

Technology has made it so much easier for us to book hotels for business travel! Before, we had to call hotels and try to find out if they had any availability. It was really time-consuming and frustrating. But now, we can just go online and use websites or apps to find and book hotels in no time.

We can use websites like Expedia, Kayak or Booking.com to search for hotels and compare prices. These websites will show us all the hotels in the area we want to stay in, along with reviews and ratings from other people who have stayed there. We can also filter our search results based on our needs or preferences, like whether we want a swimming pool or free breakfast.

Once we've found a hotel we want to stay in, we can easily book it online. We just enter our payment information, and we're done! We'll usually get a confirmation email with all the information we need for our stay, like our reservation number, check-in and check-out times, and any other important details.

Technology has also made it easier for hotels to communicate with us. Some hotels have apps that allow us to check in and out, order room service, or request extra towels or blankets. We can even use apps to unlock our hotel room door! This can make our stay more convenient and enjoyable.

Overall, technology has made booking hotels for business travel much simpler and hassle-free. We don't have to spend as much time on the phone trying to make reservations, and we have access to a lot more hotels and information than we did before. Plus, with the option to book online, we can do it all from the comfort of our own homes!
