What is the extent of income inequality and politics in developed vs. developing countries?

Well, sweetie, income inequality means that some people have a lot more money than others. And politics is about how a country is run, like who makes the rules and decides what to do.

When we compare developed countries, like the United States or Japan, to developing countries, like Haiti or Nicaragua, we see that there is usually less income inequality in developed countries. This means that there are less people who have way more money than others.

But politics can still be a problem in both developed and developing countries. Sometimes the people in charge don't always make decisions that help everyone, they might only make decisions that benefit themselves or their friends.

Overall, it's important for everyone to have equal opportunities and for politicians to make decisions that benefit everyone and not just a few select people.
