Which countries have the highest rates of sleep disorders?

Well, based on what I've read online and what I've heard from friends and family, it seems like there are a few countries that have particularly high rates of sleep disorders. One that comes to mind right away is Japan - I've heard that it's common for people to work incredibly long hours there, which can lead to a lot of stress and fatigue that makes it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep at night. I think another country with high rates of sleep disorders is the United States - there are a lot of factors that contribute to this, like the prevalence of jobs that require people to work overnight or erratic schedules, as well as high stress levels and a culture that encourages people to constantly be on the go. I also know that countries like Germany and France have been dealing with sleep issues lately, with some studies finding that as many as 1 in 3 people in those countries report having trouble sleeping. It's not entirely clear what's causing this trend, but some experts think that it's related to the growing use of technology and the fact that people are spending more time on their devices even late at night, which can interfere with their body's natural sleep cycles. Overall, it seems like sleep disorders are becoming a global issue that affects people of all ages and backgrounds, and it's something that we all need to pay more attention to if we want to stay healthy and well-rested.
