I also know that countries like Germany and France have been dealing with sleep issues lately, with some studies finding that as many as 1 in 3 people in those countries report having trouble sleeping. It's not entirely clear what's causing this trend, but some experts think that it's related to the growing use of technology and the fact that people are spending more time on their devices even late at night, which can interfere with their body's natural sleep cycles. Overall, it seems like sleep disorders are becoming a global issue that affects people of all ages and backgrounds, and it's something that we all need to pay more attention to if we want to stay healthy and well-rested.
