How important is good sleep for maintaining good mental health?
Good sleep is super important for keeping our minds healthy and happy. When we sleep, our brains are not actually turned off. Instead, they are still working hard to help our bodies recover and rejuvenate. We should avoid screen time for at least an hour before bed, and try to read a book, take a warm bath, or practice some deep breathing exercises instead.
