Well, self-awareness and self-reflection are important for personal growth, so it's always good to try to improve on these areas. Here are a few strategies that I've found helpful:

I've found it helpful to set aside some time each week to just be with myself - maybe it's going for a walk, meditating, or journaling. Whatever it is, it gives me the space to check in with myself and see how I'm doing.
