How does emotional health differ from physical health?

"Emotional health is about how we feel on the inside, with our emotions and thoughts. Physical health is about how our body is doing, like if we are sick or have a hurt muscle.

While physical health is important, emotional health is just as important because it affects how we think and feel. When we are emotionally healthy, we are able to handle stress, be happy, and make good decisions for ourselves.

But when we are not emotionally healthy, it can affect our physical health too. For example, if we are constantly stressed, it can weaken our immune system and make us more prone to getting sick.

That's why it's important to take care of ourselves emotionally as well as physically. We can take care of our emotional health by talking to someone we trust if we're feeling down, doing things that make us happy, and taking breaks when we need them."
